Sowing salads for spring

Ever the optomists and despite the snow drifts outside we have been sowing seeds for spring salads. We are using Charles Dowdings suggestions of four sowings for the four seasons. We have sown: several varities of lettuce, spinach, sorrel, chard, coriander, peas, spring onions, parsley and orache. They are tucked up nice and warm in the propogator.
